These are riddles that we have collected.

 

1Q:  What can run but never walks, has a mouth but never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, has a head but never weeps?

 

2Q: What has four legs, then has two legs, then has three legs?

 

3Q: What lies in bed, then stands in bed/First white then red/The plumper it is, the more it is liked?

 

4Q: What has roots that nobody sees, is taller than trees, up up it goes and yet never grows?

 

5Q: Mountains will crumble and temples will fall and no man can survive it's endless call. What is it?

 

6Q: Inside is a golden treasure, yet it has no opening, lock, or key. What is it?

 

7Q: When is a door not a door?

 

8Q: What occurs once in a minute, twice in a moment, and never in a thousand years?

 

9Q: At night they come without being fetched, and by day they are lost without being stolen. What are they?

 

10Q: The was a green house. In the green house was a white house. Inside the white house was a red house. Inside the red house were lots of babies. What is the house?

 

11Q: Whats at the begining of eternity, the end of time and space,  the beginning of every end, and at the end of every place?

 

12Q: Teeth are spears, legs are tree trunks, body is a battering ram, skin is ash. What am I?

 

13Q: I stay by your side, but only by day. I do as you do, but not as you say. We're always touching as you stand and as you walk too. Yet under the darkness I always leave you. What am I?

22Q: Where can you find roads without cars, cities without houses, and forests without trees?

 

23Q: This thing runs but cannot walk, sometime sings but never talks. Lacks arms; has hands, lacks a head yet has a face

 

24Q: What builds up castles, tears down mountains, makes some blind, helps others see?

 

25Q: What lives in winter, dies in summer, and grows with it's roots upward?

 

26Q: Why did the dead baby cross the road?

 

27Q: Where does friday come before thursday?

 

28Q: The more you take from it, the larger it becomes; the more you add to it, the smaller it beomes. What is it?
